Yes. We make choices and don’t know the outcome but God exists outside space and time…indeed, He created them. There was this TV show when I was in high school, NUMB3RS, where the main character was played by David Krumholz (the guy from Oppenheimer with the orange). He was a mathematician who helped the FBI solve crime. He used a metaphor once: Lifeguards at a public pool sit on a tower because they can see the whole pool at once; someone chaperoning inside the pool only has a limited perception of what’s going on. That’s what’s going on here: God sees everything, we don’t.
